When it works, its buggy. When it doesnt, well it really doesnt! Latest update shows I have zero inventory after hundreds of items input in previous versions.

The app crashes while trying to scan ISBNs, take pictures, or move items from one category to another. It has a difficult time finding cover art; thumbnails still appear grey even after taking a photo of the item. There is no search for stock cover art option from the scan screen. Wish I hadn’t paid for this!

Still cannot close batch upload - you have to force the app closed. Emailed the developer for about a year now so I figure he will just never respond or attempt to fix it.

I had purchased the app ages ago and had built up my movie library to over 600 movies...got a new phone and tried to transfer the info and it wouldnt load...only about 400 or so movies showing on the online save. Tried to start rescanning into the new phone and it freezes any time I try scan a bar code. Ive messaged app support twice and gotten no response. Not happy at all.

I added in a small portion of my book collection and adding large series out of order doesnt work because one cant reorganize them how they want them. Also I tried to use the "loaned" feature and the book simply no longer appears, but when I try to get it back it says I already have that book and asks if I want to duplicate. Then I thought to search in my library for it and nothing appeared. Its just a hassle to use.

Ive gone through a few apps over the years to find the best at keeping an inventory of all my books. This one just squashes the competition.

I love this app I have all my movies and now putting my music and books in it. I have one problem, I have the iPhone 6plus and every time I open the app I have a blue square in the middle of the screen. Not sure if just mine phone??

I seriously dont understand why this app is not more popular its the most amazing thing Ive ever seen. Books, movies, game, toys, household appliances, electronics, clothes, catalog and organize them all, you can even make custom categories. Keep track of what you have lent out, where you bought it, and how much it costs! The barcode scan can be wrong sometimes but everything can be easily edited or just entered manually. Trust me you have no idea how much you need this in your life.

The best app for cataloging all you media

I was really excited to start using this app, but I am totally disappointed. After 5 minutes of use, the app started crashing each time I scanned a book into my library. This app will be great once the issue is (hopefully) resolved.

At first, this app seemed to be the solution to two of my concerns: (1) having an inventory of my library in case of theft or fire, and (2) having something at my fingertips that would enable me to reference my library prior to purchasing media in order to make sure I did not purchase something twice. If the application would work well, it would be awesome. Unfortunately, there have been several occasions when I have noticed that things that I had entered into the library were now missing. What good is this application if it consistently loses your data? In trying to work with the application developer, I reached out on the first occasion and received a response that he would look into the problem and get back to me. I never received any further communication. I have made many attempts thereafter to try to get help. They have been ignored and dismissed. I have received absolutely no response to my many queries for assistance over a period of at least two years. Of course, because I have invested so much time into putting things into this library, I am stuck. Had I known that it would have these technical issues, I would have picked another application in the first place.

App crashes when I scan a barcode to add a book

I used to love this and have hundreds of things scanned in. Now, however, whenever try to scan something the whole thing crashes. It us completely unusable.

This app is a work in progress (or they have just given up). 9 out of 10 attempts to scan books crash the app. More money lost to deceptive marketing.

Every time I try to scan a book barcode the app crashes. Technical support is nonexistent and my emails about this issue remain unanswered. Dont waste your money.

This product has not worked in 6 months. After having had to buy versions for all my devices. I have to use the website for everything. Do not waste your money

Ive had this app for several years now, and Im simply aghast at how infrequently its updated. Most of my incredulity stems from how frequently the app crashes. You would think that after the continual cessation of smooth operations, and the manifold ways in which the app runs amok, that the developers would step in per perform some kind of electronic resuscitation! The basics of the app work fine, but every time one tries to add a book, or search the Internet for fresh cover art, the system simply fails...over, and over...and over again. The sluggishness youll experience throughout the rest of this exalted piece of malware would be excusable IF the manifold crashing could be tempered with some semblance of regularity. To leave such a mess on the market with such neglect is incomprehensible to me.
